Emotional Wellness Coaching
Emotional Intelligence coaching focuses on guiding individuals towards achieving emotional intelligence through awareness and how to achieve emotional balance and well-being.
The focus is to explore how the mind's thoughts impact the body, with emotional triggers. The ability to observe the thinking patterns and release unwanted emotions to make choices and decisions from a place of clarity vs choices from a defense standpoint .
This form of coaching helps individuals become more self-aware, build resilience, manage stress effectively, and develop healthy emotional intelligence.
When clients explore and gain personal knowledge and understanding of how their beliefs, attitudes and ego mind thoughts can create a feeling of emotional dysregulation. When we are aware of unhealthy thinking patterns and emotions that are suppressed and ignored then emotion release practices can be started. The client take ownership and and responsibility to empower themselves to manage one's own emotions. The goals are to set, embrace and maintain healthy boundaries for themselves and to support and care for others. There is a freedom in emotional wellness. Let's get started.
During emotional wellness coaching sessions, individuals will learn how to identify their emotions, understand the mind, body and spirit connection to emotional expression. Allowing the somatic response in the body and observe them in a healthy way, and release the energy that is trapped in the body and the result is suffering less and developing a positive mindset. Coaches are present with compassion and empathy as you learn awareness, tools and techniques to break down challenging emotions and situations and finally healing unhealthy patterns and beliefs. The goal to to lead a life to a greater sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
