Congratulations starting your recovery journey and looking at emotional intelligence. Personal Development is a gift we each can give ourself to dive deep into all things you. This work will support you to discover the truth of who you are and who you are not. Recovery is a mind, body, spirit, and soul journey, with support that is within you. We will explore how the mind and body work cooperatively, that we have a thinker called the Ego-mind, a spirit within identified as your Sacred Self. Finding joy in a meditation space and working with the darker parts of ourselves including the Shadow Self and the personas that hold us in stories. We will explore emotions and how they arise in the body and learn to release unwanted and trapped emotions.
